My blood work turned a bit sour and I had to spend a few days in hospital getting it straightened out... and during the process I dropped too much weight - came out weighing 122 pounds. SUKS, but I have a plan to get the weight back and to become stronger - I am not a King Honey Bee for nothing, you know. bzzzzzzzz bzzzzzz bzzzzz...

Our Local Casino:

Akwesasne Mohawk Casino Welcomes you!

Our casino is HUGE!!! And stuffed full of slot machines. And you have to walk all over the place to find the next 'good' slot to play. A 'good' slot is one that pays out something rather than sucking the money up. The VA has lots of Vets in various physical rehabilitation programs... and wonders how many of these Vets would respond more positively to such a new and radical program as mine? I am sure many Vets would jump right on it. I do not expect it to become accepted, but for myself - whatever works - DO IT!!! And Queenie Bee Beate and I love our casino and playing the slots. And it DOES entail a lot of walking around inside our large casino. We are both disabled, and it gives just the right blend of exercise.

We Like the Slots!

We don't play craps, roulette, black jack or poker, which is available at our favorite casino. We play the slots because we like them better.

Both 'American' and 'Canadian' slot machines are available. The 'American' slots accept only US money and the 'Canadian' slots only accepts Canadian money.

In our experience, the 'Canadian' slots are much better, in that they do not often gobble up your money right away. A lot of the 'American' slots there gobble up money very fast in comparison.

We always play the five cents machines. Sneer down your noses at us if you wish, but our purpose for playing the slots is enjoyment first (and always the hope of winning a little jackpot, of course).

On the five cents machines we can play for twelve hours or so - or until we become physically tired.

We have also discovered a little trick that seems to work on many of the 'Canadian' machines at our casino. After you have doubled or tripled your money, cash out, then put in another 20 bucks or so. If the machine sucks the money up, we go to another machine. It seems these machines will give you a lot of credits, then will work down to no credits. Best to cash out when cashing out is good. You COULD keep playing and hit the jackpot, but also you COULD hit the jackpot as soon as you go onto the machine and on the very first spin.

We don't ever expect to win a fortune there - we just do it for fun. We play the Ontario Loto for our fortune - and Queenie Bee Beate will hit it someday.

PS: It isn't cheap playing the 5 cent slots. If you set all lines, the price of each 'pull' costs from 40 cents to $3.20 for maximum bet.

Check the Internet and you will see advice on how to win on the slots - by always playing 'maximum bet.' I do not agree with that advice. It alerts the slot 'here is a sucker - let's take his/her money' and the machine sets itself accordingly. Play on lower bets. The slot will sense it - and it will try to con you into increasing your bet to maximum bet. DON'T LET IT CON YOU. As soon as you increase your bet it will get you. Stick with your low bet and try to double your money, then cash out quick. This trick does not always work - it depends on how many people have used the same trick - if that happens the slot will change its odds against you and suck your money up. If it takes all of say a 20 dollar bill, leave it and find another slot.

We either break even or win a little bit by the time we leave the casino, and while there we thoroughly enjoy ourselves - which is as it should be. Happy slots to you. bzzzzzz bzzzzz bzzzzz....
